Getting started is easy
- Step 1 – choose an attachment: fit the desired attachment (acupressure or point massage) onto the massage heads – or use without an attachment.
- Step 2 – connect: plug in the mains plug (check the voltage on the rating plate).
- Step 3 – choose mode & intensity: select MASSAGE or MASSAGE + RED LIGHT mode and set the intensity continuously on the dial (MIN–MAX).
- Step 4 – apply: guide the device over the massage zone with both hands (shoulders, back, thighs). Maximum 20 minutes per session (short-time operation), then let the device cool down.

What is the red light for?
In the second mode (massage + red light) the mechanical massage is combined with soothing red light. This is not a separate heating or warming function.
How long may I use the device at a time?
The ITM Pro is designed for short-time operation of up to 20 minutes. After that, let the device cool down sufficiently before switching it on again.
Which attachments are there and what are they for?
The scope of delivery includes 4 interchangeable attachments: 2 attachments for acupressure and 2 for point massage. They are fitted onto the two massage heads. Detailed usage recommendations can be found in the instruction manual.
