Getting started is easy

1. Step 1 – connect: connect the SP5256 controller to the heating pad, then plug in the mains plug.
2. Step 2 – put on: place the collar over the shoulders and fasten it with the press studs (over clothing only, not directly on the skin).
3. Step 3 – choose warmth: select one of the 6 temperature settings on the controller.
4. Step 4 – enjoy & switch off: after use switch off and unplug – automatic shut-off takes place after 90 minutes.
