I. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, to the following contracts:
Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which the consumer's individual choice or specification is essential for their production or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
Contracts in which the buyer is a commercial intermediary.
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts:
For the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery.
For the delivery of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
II. Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days and generally starts with the conclusion of the contract. However, in the case of distance contracts, the withdrawal period starts on the day the buyer or a third party named by the buyer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
III. Declaration of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform the seller (Promed GmbH, Lindenweg 11, 82490 Farchant, Tel.: 08821-9621-0; Fax: 08821-9621-21;
shop@promed.de) with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or an email) about the decision to withdraw from the contract. They may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although it is not mandatory.

IV. Consequences of Withdrawal
After a timely withdrawal, the buyer will receive a refund of all payments made, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs for non-standard delivery). Refunds will be made within fourteen days at the latest using the same method of payment as the original transaction.
The buyer must return the goods within fourteen days. The costs of the return are borne by the seller.
