Liability for Defects
The seller is liable for material or legal defects in delivered items in accordance with applicable statutory regulations, particularly §§ 434 ff. BGB. The statutory limitation period for defect claims is two years and begins with the delivery of the goods.
Customer and Repair Service
In addition to our regular services, we also offer customer and repair services for various product categories, provided these are not covered by warranty claims. Any potential costs can be inquired about in advance via our service hotline.
Technical Steps to Contract Conclusion
By clicking the "order with obligation to pay" button, your order is submitted to us. You will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt of your order. After reviewing your order, you will receive either an acceptance declaration (including legally required information) or a rejection. The contract is only concluded upon receipt of the acceptance declaration.
The contract text is stored after the contract is concluded and made accessible to you in accordance with legal requirements. Before confirming the order, you will receive an order summary where you can make changes.
Warranty Conditions
This product has been manufactured with the utmost care. We provide a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. It covers verifiable material and/or manufacturing defects that occur during proper use. Wear parts and damages caused by improper use are excluded.
Please note: Warranty claims require proof of purchase through a receipt. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and is valid only for the original purchaser.
