Complaints from buyers regarding the seller and its activities in connection with the purchase agreement can be directed to (shop@promed.de, Fax: 08821-9621-21). Complaints will be processed within a reasonable period. The seller aims to reach a consensus with the buyer to resolve the complaint.
The seller is liable for material or legal defects in delivered goods in accordance with applicable legal regulations, particularly §§ 434 ff. BGB. The statutory limitation period for defect claims is two years, starting from the delivery of the goods.
Beyond our standard services, we also offer a customer and repair service for certain product categories, which can be used if repairs are needed and are not already covered by warranty claims. Any potential costs can be requested in advance via our service hotline.
Technical Steps to Conclude a Contract:
By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, your order (i.e., your purchase offer) is submitted to us. You will then receive an electronic confirmation of receipt of your order. After reviewing your order, we decide whether to accept it. We will then send you either an acceptance statement (including legally required information) or a rejection. Only the receipt of the acceptance statement constitutes the conclusion of the desired purchase agreement.
The contract text will be stored by us after the conclusion of the contract and made available to you in accordance with legal provisions.
Before clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you will receive an order overview. This overview allows you to see all ordered items, the quantity, individual prices, and the total price. You can use the "Back to cart" button to return to the shopping cart. In the cart, you can either completely delete an item or change the order quantity.
The contract is exclusively available in the German language.
Warranty Conditions:
This product has been manufactured with great care and thoroughly tested before leaving the factory. Therefore, we provide a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. Promed products conform to their description and respective specifications; it is your responsibility to ensure that the products you purchase are suitable for your intended use.
In case of proven material and/or manufacturing defects that occur during proper use and are identified within the warranty period, we will replace all defective parts of the product free of charge, including the labor costs of warranty repairs.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear of the product
Defects caused by transport or storage of the product
Defects or damages caused by improper use or inadequate maintenance
Damage due to non-compliance with the operating instructions
Damage due to modifications not performed by Promed
Damage caused by sharp objects, twisting, crushing, falls, abnormal impacts, or other actions beyond Promed's reasonable control
Wear parts (e.g., moving parts like ball bearings, closures) are generally excluded from the warranty.
A warranty claim cannot be enforced if:
The product is not returned in its original packaging or adequately secure packaging
The product has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Promed or an authorized dealer
The product has been repaired using non-approved spare parts
The product's serial number has been removed, erased, altered, or made illegible.
For smooth processing, the following information is essential:
Original purchase receipt/invoice or dealer stamp with purchase date
Identified defect
Product name / type / serial or batch number
The provisions of the UN Sales Law do not apply. The seller’s statutory warranty obligations remain unaffected by our warranty conditions.
