The Promed UBS-2.4 Heated Underblanket (art. 452210) pleasantly pre-warms the sleeping surface before bedtime and provides soothing warmth while awake. With 10 temperature levels and an operating time adjustable from 1 to 9 hours in 1-hour steps, the warmth can be individually dosed. Once the selected time has elapsed, the underblanket switches off automatically, and the under-blanket is washable at 40 °C.

Easy application

1. Step 1 – Position: Lay the heated underblanket flat on the mattress and cover it with the fitted sheet.
2. Step 2 – Connect: Connect the GL05 control unit to the device and plug the mains plug into a socket (220–240 V AC).
3. Step 3 – Set: Select the temperature (level 1–9 or H) and the desired operating time (1–9 hours) on the control unit and switch the device on.
4. Step 4 – After use: Once the selected operating time has elapsed, the underblanket switches off automatically. Unplug the mains plug when it is no longer needed.

Care and safety instructions

Please read the instructions for use carefully before first use.

• Not intended for unattended use overnight. Use the pre-warming function: warm the bed before going to sleep and then switch the device off, or use the automatic shut-off via the timer.
• Never connect or use it when wet or damp; after washing, let it dry completely before reconnecting the underblanket.
• Use only the supplied GL05 control unit and detach it before washing; wash the under-blanket at 40 °C on the delicate cycle, do not spin-dry, tumble-dry, iron or bleach.
• Use indoors only; lay it flat on the mattress, do not operate it under sharp objects or bunched up.
• Do not cover the control unit (switch) during operation and do not place it on the device – it stays warm while in use.
• Not suitable for children under 3 years or for helpless persons or those insensitive to heat (risk of burns).
• If the cable or heating wires are damaged, take the device out of service immediately.
