The Promed Silicone Polisher fine (yellow) gently smooths and polishes the nail surface to a silky finish. The yellow colour indicates the fine grit – ideal for the final polishing step on natural and artificial nails. The polisher does not remove any material; it smooths and adds shine. Fits all Promed nail drills with a 2.35 mm collet.

What is it used for and how?
The fine silicone polisher is the final step for a smooth, shiny nail surface:
- Polishing: guide it across the nail surface at low speed with light pressure until it is smooth and shiny.
- Important: do not exceed 8,000 rpm – too high a speed generates heat and can discolour the nail.
- Tip: work through the colour sequence yellow (fine) → black (medium) → green (coarse); yellow is the finest, final step.

What does the yellow colour mean?
The colour code indicates the grit: yellow = fine. For coarser work there are black (medium) and green (coarse).
Why must I not work faster than 8,000 rpm?
Higher speeds generate heat and friction that can discolour the nail. For a clean polishing result, stay at max. 8,000 rpm.
Can I autoclave the polisher?
No. Silicone polishers are heat-sensitive and not autoclavable – clean them in an ultrasonic bath.
