How easy it is to use

1. Step 1: Place the cuff on the upper arm.

Care and safety information

• Only use the cuff for an arm circumference of 22–42 cm, fitting snugly.
• Storage: store dry and protected from dust.

• If the irregular-heartbeat symbol appears frequently, see a doctor.
• Remove the batteries if storing for a longer period.
