The Promed Sapphire Grinding Cone is a durable grinding tool with a natural sapphire coating for the targeted removal of calluses, hard skin and firm nail edges. The cone shape reaches corners, edges and hard-to-reach areas well. Fits all Promed nail drills with a 2.35 mm collet.

What is it used for and how?
The sapphire grinding cone is suitable for gently and regularly removing calluses and for working on firm nail edges on hands and feet:
- Calluses & hard skin: remove over a wide area at low to medium speed with light pressure – never radically, but regularly in thin layers.
- Nail edges: carefully shape firm or thickened edges.
- Tip: if heat develops, reduce the speed and briefly lift the bit off.
